LIFE’S FOG BY SAM TUMBLIN

There’s a fog that thickens outside

The harder you peer eyes confide

Unsure the body what the heart see

Scared to take a step forward free

Scared to take a tumble and fall

Rather stay put than attempt to stall

But there’s always some destination

There never be a clear manifestation

That’s why you feel and grope around

Even when thick you fall on the ground

Don’t let it keep you in place

Sometimes have to slow your pace

Take a stumble and fall

Even if it’s thick don’t be appalled

None perfect in life at all

We all walk before we crawl

There’s a fog that thickens outside

The harder you peer your eyes confide
